ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior People Partner, you will act as a partner to key business leaders within the Go-to-Market organization including Talon.One’s CRO. As the main People and Culture representative of our entity in the US, you will be responsible for supporting all people related activities and matters for the region.Â
ABOUT THE TEAM:
The People and Culture team is responsible for enabling employees to achieve their goals in a seamless way. We collaborate in a hybrid setup between Berlin (8 members) and the US (2 members), The Senior People Partner reports directly to the Director of People and Culture and is part of the People Partner team. The People Partner team works on strategies that support growth, performance, and great employee experience.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Will be responsible for the US region collaborating closely with our People Ops team and US representative
- Will be the People and Culture contact person for our employees and managers
- Coach Business Leaders on all people-related matters covering the full employee life-cycle
- Advise and partner with business leaders to identify and execute the talent related needs that will enable our company goals achievement
- Participate actively in the strategy for headcount planning and organizational design
- Translate business needs into People and Culture programs, policies, solutions and processes
- Design and facilitate training to support business needs and empower management
- Will be responsible for the success of the performance cycle
- Identify business challenges and implement human resource best practices
- Implement initiatives that drive and maintain a culture of high performance
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience with organizational design and effectiveness, change management, performance management, leadership coachingÂ
- Ability to adapt to change and learn fast
- At least 7 years of experience as HRBP in an international fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of experience in partnering with C-level stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of US labor law
- Ability to prioritize, make the best use of limited resources
- Complex Problem Solving, you are proactively gathering the right data from appropriate sources, drawing conclusions, and making decisions
