As TigerConnect continues to scale, we are looking for a Senior People Programs Coordinator to join our team to help develop and deliver engaging People Programming across the employee lifecycle. This role will report to the Manager, People Programs and work closely with the People Team to execute programming that supports employees at various points in their employee journey and reinforces company culture and values. This role will be responsible for managing and driving continuous improvement in various programs, including new hire onboarding and employee engagement. As a member of the broader People team, this role will also help ensure that all of our team members at TigerConnect have a positive, supportive, and engaging experience.

They should also be detail oriented and able to balance humor and empathy with refinement and professionalism.

This is a hybrid position which will require 2-3 days per week in our Santa Monica, CA office.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own and manage the end to-end new hire onboarding process globally including initiating onboarding, sending onboarding communications, conducting orientation, and execution of bi-annual cohort style onboarding program - ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all new hires
  • Coordination of monthly All Hands meetings and assistance in developing other ongoing internal communications materials.
  • Manage Annual Employee Engagement Survey and follow up pulse surveys including survey design, launch, communications, manager training, and company/team level action planning to address trends and areas for improvement
  • Assistance in developing and delivering on a variety of projects and program roll-outs within the People Programs function such as L&D programs, goal setting, career development, and bi-annual performance check-ins
  • Own company intranet design, organization, & ongoing maintenance

What You Bring:
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related subject preferred
  • 2-5 years experience working in a coordinating role supporting a People/HR team, ideally at a high-growth tech company
  • Experience in People Programs including (but not limited to) Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Performance Management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - comfortability speaking in front of & building relationships with groups of various sizes across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Sharepoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; absolute discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information, strong ethics, and ability to exercise good judgment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations, comfortable working in high growth, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and development, and a desire to stay current with industry trends and best practices

How we pay:
  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
  • We are targeting a base salary from $57,800 - $113,500
  • You will also be eligible to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
