What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and inform strategic decisions related to our workforce.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in relevant unit, understanding all aspects of the business 
  • Standup and centralize all employee data as a key player of People Area. 
  • Automate data and reporting throughout all People systems and platforms 
  • Launch and manage a strategic People dashboard with critical insights for the business and leadership team. 
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify key areas for analysis and develop metrics to measure success. 
  • Work on people analytics projects that are tied to the overall people strategy (e.g., Compensation related projects) 
  • Provide expertise in data governance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. 
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and inform compensation strategies. 
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices. 
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Support and drive performance improvement initiatives and a culture of excellence 
  • Proactively work with management / leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and structures 
  • Ensure close collaboration with other HR functions 
  • Close cooperation within global HR Team 
  • Work independently, support/mentor junior HRBPs.
  • Participate in country and global projects. Run projects on country and global level. Process/Product owner.

You are a good match if you have:

  • Several years (3-6 years) of experience in HR in a business partner function 
  • Extensive experience with Workday, Power BI, and be highly data-oriented. 
  • Knowledge or Workday HCM functionality & people Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple projects 
  • In depth experience of working in a dynamic, fast changing environment 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Technology sector experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. 
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and salary survey analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and systems. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Fluent Business English 
  • Solid analytical skills 
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to find pragmatic solutions, yet having sight on the bigger picture 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; distinctive ability to interact proactively on all levels 
  • Team player, resilience and strong sense of responsibility, easy and fun to work with
