Summary of the role:
Are you the next Senior Performance Management Analyst we are looking for?
- The Senior Performance Management Analyst is responsible for driving pipeline reviews and executing performance monitoring in the region to drive and improve decision making.
- The position is heavily involved in the monthly performance reporting and analysis.
- The Senior Performance Management Analyst supports other ad-hoc projects.
- Support VP Office for PDR process on setting quarterly / half-yearly / yearly targets on revenue, sales, CRM accuracy and other relevant metrics
- Provide key achievements on set targets to VP Office on regular intervals for PDR evaluations
- Align with Controlling on accuracy of such targets and achievements
In this role you'll:
Area Expertise:
- Responsible for providing key insights and performance measurement through data & analytics
- accountable for delivering strategic insights and analytical-driven recommendations, unlocking the power of data to commercial decisions and deliver business value.
- This role requires a strong overview of the commercial triangle: research, analytics approaches and their application
Internal and External Customer Service Excellence
- Keep team members, management, and commercial teams informed of key or widespread issues as necessary
- Communicate and document known resolutions to problems or issues
- Maintain the highest level of internal and external (partners) satisfaction
Cooperation & Alignment with central teams
- Work closely with central teams and other regional counterparts in planning and performance monitoring activities in regions.
- Create, manage & improve tools and documentation supporting the processes regionally and globally.
- Represent region in global projects and task forces for relevant initiatives
About the ideal candidate:
- Education: BA or BS Degree, preferred in related field of study
- 4+ years in accounting preferably in large corporations
- Business Understanding:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Requires a highly motivated, service-oriented professional with the ability to communicate effectively to people at all levels and experience
- Skills:
- Computing: working knowledge ERP, specifically SAP S4 Hana and Zuora is a plus. Excel advance skills Visual Basic is a plus. Reporting skills: SQL, etc.
- Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken), other European language is a plus
