We are currently looking for a Senior Performance Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely (hybrid) in Germany.

Your mission with us:

You will drive our student community's rapid growth by strategizing, managing, and optimizing our PPC activities on Google and Meta.

Your tasks:

• Implement & optimise our Performance Campaigns to acquire students whilst driving down Customer Acquisition Costs
• You are innovative with attention to detail to ensure excellent implementation and execution of all campaigns
• You will regularly conduct detailed analyses to refine our strategies, drive efficiency and maximise the impact of investments on the business
• You will lead the creative strategy for your channel, improving collaboration with the creative and the influencer teams
• You will develop processes in order to streamline activity and you will seek and explore new opportunities
• You are well-versed with A/B testing and believe in continuous testing for performance improvement
• You will work closely with our agency and other Paid Channels to further develop hybrid growth strategies (i.e. whitelisting on Meta, YT retargeting with influencer content)

You bring to Lingoda:

• 7+ years of B2C Performance Marketing experience managing the Google Marketing suite (Paid Search, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Meta campaigns. Experience on other social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus
• Deep understanding and current hands-on knowledge of marketing technologies and media platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker Studio / Tableau for data visualisation and reporting
• Proactive, getting-it-done mindset - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
• Experience in working with external partners (freelancers, agencies) is desiderable
