Senior Performance Marketer

Paintgun is on a mission to revolutionize how digital ads are produced by creators and teams, launched by technology, and accessed by the world's largest mobile app publishers. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer, who will play a leading role in our client-facing initiatives for Meta mobile app advertising.

Starting date: As soon as possible

• Thinking off and executing on creative A/B tests
• Thinking off and executing on other performance related A/B tests e.g. campaign type, targeting etc.
• Campaigns analysis
• Daily optimizations
• Client facing presentation
• Helping with creative analysis - weekly deck analysis of our creatives & hypothesis, learnings, and next steps
• Weekly Meeting Slides - Async / Meeting
• Client facing point of contact (responsive within 4 hrs on a work day)

• Proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in Meta mobile app advertising.
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Superior presentation and communication skills
• Availability to dedicate 8 hours per week on the client's account, with potential for expanded involvement.
• Ability to to respond within 4hrs on a work day
