C. Job Description

• Assist Area Manager to manage store staff to guide and motivate them to drive sales and have
  meaningful outcomes
• Assist Area Manager to build a strong store team for expansion in KR market
• Coordinate with HR for frontline sales staff hiring and onboarding
• Ensure communication material for store staff and ensure key brand message is reflected across store staff
• Ensure all store staff including both front line sales staff & store managerial level staff are “on brand” to deliver Casetify’s core value to the customers
• Support in day-to-day execution tasks
• Follow up ad hoc projects or assignments as required

D. Requirement

• 5+ years of experience. Preferably in fashion, sports, watch, technology, or accessories 
  business
• Native Korean & Business English is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player, motivator, organizer, outgoing and friendly, hardworking, self-motivated and  willing to work under pressure
• Willing to travel to each store on a regular basis
