In this role, you will play a critical part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple international markets through data-driven performance marketing strategies. You will support and execute high-impact campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, ensuring strong alignment with broader business and product objectives. The position requires a highly analytical marketer who can translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable growth strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to optimize acquisition performance. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will also take ownership of experimentation, forecasting, and channel optimization. You will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where autonomy, ownership, and measurable impact are key expectations.
Accountabilities:
- Support and execute the performance marketing acquisition roadmap across key channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM, and other digital platforms
- Lead performance marketing initiatives for new and existing product verticals, ensuring alignment with overall growth strategy
- Own end-to-end campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization using data-driven insights to improve ROAS, CPL, and conversion performance
- Build forecasts and performance models to support strategic planning and identify scaling opportunities across channels
- Manage day-to-day operational marketing activities, including campaign updates, compliance checks, and offer management
- Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams to align priorities and secure buy-in for new initiatives
- Translate strategic marketing goals into clear, executable briefs for channel and creative teams
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns through experimentation across audiences, creatives, messaging, and platforms
- Ensure marketing execution remains compliant with regulatory standards and market requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM, SEO, or programmatic media
- Strong expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Appsflyer, Impact Radius, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker) for reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of attribution, funnel analysis, and data-driven marketing decision-making
- Proven ability to independently manage projects, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate user needs into effective marketing strategies
- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses is a strong plus
