Hiring Manager: Director, Performance Marketing

The Role:
Viz.ai is looking for an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand across hospital and life science markets. This role will leverage a wide range of marketing channels and programs to reach and accelerate new business. You’ll contribute to the growth and adoption of an AI-powered, healthcare platform designed to get patients access to lifesaving treatments.
You will:
- Develop and execute digital and integrated marketing programs (e.g. ABM, email nurturing, paid ads, paid search, retargeting, content syndication, direct marketing, conferences, webinars, etc.) to support commercial objectives
- Utilize our marketing automation platform (Pardot), Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms and partners to execute campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize campaign results including reach, engagement and revenue funnel metrics. Establish KPIs and monitor the lead qualification process to deliver impactful leads to support sales targets
- Partner closely with product and brand marketing colleagues on a content strategy to create and accelerate demand.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to target key pharma and healthcare systems for new growth opportunities.
What success looks like:
- You will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across channels.
- Understand watering holes, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Scale marketing programs by streamlining processes and leveraging efficiency tools.
- Develop a strong partnership with sales to meet business objectives.
We are looking for:
- A productive and effective team player who is comfortable navigating a fast paced startup.
- 5+ years of experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns; preferably with a healthcare software company and/or pharma space.
- Solid knowledge in performance marketing technologies and best practices.
- Strong project management skills.
- Data driven, proven expertise in attribution, multi-channel media planning, search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display advertising, email marketing, web marketing, marketing automation, search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Salary Range: $114500- $148000
