Overview
Intuitβs Consumer Groupβs CRM team is looking for an experienced associate marketing manager to join the CRM Marketing Solutions team. You will help drive operational excellence across CRM cross functional teams and partners and will support the CRM marketing team in bringing all campaigns to market flawlessly. This is a contract position for a one-year period, with the goal of identifying a candidate for a longer term, full-time position.
What you'll bring
β’ 3 - 5 years experience working on an elaborate email marketing program for a Fortune 500 company
β’ Understanding of email marketing best practices, especially around process, operations and execution.
β’ Passion for operational excellence, process improvement, project management and tools development.Superior organizational, project management and communication skills
β’ - this role requires hands-on management of campaign deployments, often under tight deadlines and high pressure.
β’ Experience with Enterprise-level marketing cloud solutions and CRM tech stack.
β’ Excellent communication skills and cross team collaboration skills.
How you will lead
β’ Continuously reimagine all CRM team processes and artifacts to drive step change improvements in efficiency for the team, leading to increased velocity.
β’ Ensure flawless execution of creative for all CRM plans through email, push, SMS and campaign landing pages. This includes owning legal compliance, campaign tagging, QA, delivery monitoring, accurate test set-up and schedules/calendars.
β’ Support project management of all CRM campaigns, managing and communicating project milestones, schedules and calendars, maintaining and organizing clean documentation and holding all responsible parties accountable to deliver on time.
β’ Articulate complex campaign requirements, closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure their proper implementation. Understand the technical side of email operations from how customer data attributes flow from data systems into the ESPs for campaign retrieval to ESP set up and implementation to dynamic content execution.
β’ Support the management of vendors and partners including onboarding, scheduling meetings, managing timelines, asset delivery, SOWs, POs and more.
