Your future contribution:

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take over full responsibility for the paid marketing efforts we take for the EMEA markets. Your role involves enhancing the distinctiveness of our multiple brands from a performance marketing perspective and ensuring the efficient growth of our campaigns. You will be tasked with identifying further opportunities to boost HomeToGo’s success.

The Performance Marketing team’s mission is to engage and inspire trip planners through multi-channel online marketing campaigns. Our approach is both technical and data-driven, optimizing for return on investment and business growth in an ever-changing technological ecosystem. This role presents an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our SEM/SEA activities.

 How you’ll add value:

  • Shape the marketing strategy for our brands by leveraging tons of internal data and applying a broad set of analytical techniques and tools, e.g., SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  • Build, maintain and advance campaigns while improving performance based on set ROI goals.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Engineering team to co-define the evolution of our marketing platforms and tools.
  • Independently test and try out new initiatives to improve performance and make sure the number of bookings increases year over year.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Min. 3 years experience in running Performance Marketing campaigns for SEM/SEA on Google and Bing.
  • Love doing account management of huge SEM accounts.
  • Have a strong data-informed approach and possess analytical skills with an ability to identify, develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and constantly improve your and our Performance Marketing team’s work efficiency.
  • Are proficient in Excel.
  • Have advanced SQL skills to query our relational databases and aggregate, slice and dice our data. Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  • Are experienced with visualization tools like QlikView, Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Full proficiency in English. Any other language skills such as French, Spanish or Dutch are a plus.
  • Bring experience in the Travel sector (a plus).
