Senior Performance Reporting Analyst

Quaestor Advisors, an affiliated servicing company for Arena Investors, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Performance Analyst to join its Finance team. The Performance Analyst will be primarily responsible for all performance reporting aspects for the firm's Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, and finance companies including oversight of investor reporting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Support performance reporting needs across Funds, SMAs and asset classes.
• Prepare internal month end performance package.
• Calculate, review and explain Fund/SMA returns and performance metrics.
• Maintain and prepare month end Fund and SMA performance reporting packages.
• Assist in the development, automation, and enhancement of performance reports, working closely with IT.
• Assist in internal and investor ad hoc requests and special projects.
• Assist in the monthly/quarterly/year end close process of the Funds, SMAs, and Finance Companies when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA preferred, CFA plus.
• Strong accounting knowledge including partnership accounting and investment company guidance.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in audit or private fund management.
• Strong excel and data management skills.
• Working knowledge of fund performance metrics
• Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.
