This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Pharmacy Technician - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting patients on their fertility journey by using your communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient experiences, accurately processing prescription claims, and collaborating with medical professionals. Accountabilities

  • Ensure process efficiency by coordinating fertility plans and medications with patients and physicians.
  • Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
  • Be a team player by escalating complex claims to the appropriate team for further action.
  • Perform data entry tasks and accurately enter prescriptions into the system.
  • Balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Participate in special projects related to specific contract performance.

    • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
  • Valid Massachusetts or Illinois Pharmacy Technician license is required.
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in both PC and Phone related tasks.
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
