Senior PKI Project Manager

Position Description:

The Senior level Project Manager is a member of the DHS PKI Management Authority team supporting a contract for our DHS (Department of Homeland Security) customer. They will be responsible for attending, creating, and leading working groups and IPT's, FPKI third party audits, internal audits and documentation. Senior PM will support a variety of PKI and Identity Management related initiatives, including:

Support for DHS PKI policy and support services will also be part of this role.

o Support in updating and creating PKI policy and guidance

o Facilitate and lead Working groups and technical IPT's

o Support Internal compliance audits (NPE)

o Support FPKI third party Audits

o Support General Services Administration (GSA) Federal PKI (FPKI) audito Establishing proper Level of Assurance through active participation in cryptographic key generation ceremonies

• Works closely with various government stakeholders, vendors, and other service providers to collaborate and develop technical solutions.• Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.• Provides input to project and program leads to identify required task and resources to accomplish solution goals.• Works independently and as a member of different teams.• May represents the Government Client in internal Agency meetings/work groups and in external work groups.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

Education and Certifications• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Field

* Active DoD Secret Clearance at minimum - required.

• Policy and PKI knowledge a plus

Knowledge and Experience• 10 plus years of experience in public key infrastructure, identity and access management, and/or cybersecurity. • PKI experience• Knowledge of Federal Level PKI Related Policy
