At Salesloft, this role is pivotal to our companyâs success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Revenue Operations Team. Youâll be involved in the crucial decision-making we need to ensure scale aa a high-growth Revenue team as well as drive and deliver ongoing insights to Revenue leadership on our go-to-market strategy.Â
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for partnering with Revenue leadership on Salesloftâs go-to-market strategy and execution. Specifically, you will:
- Work hand-in-hand with the Revenue leadership to identify areas of growth and optimization
- Track business performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day-to-day decisions
- Incorporate learnings into building complex forecasting models
- Build headcount, productivity and quota models to support our GTM model
- Model scenarios weighing different organization structures, quota methodologies and other aspects that will help the business make sound GTM decisions
- Communicate findings and analytical work to C-Level executives
- Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (sales leadership, HR, finance and systems teams) to achieve objectives
- Operate in a proactive and flexible manner, with the ability to lead multiple projects at once and stay attuned to the priorities of the revenue organization

The Team:
Our Salesloft Revenue team is composed of team members who are all aligned on one mission: to redefine the Sales Engagement space and activate the authentic seller in all of us.
The team consists of operations, business and data analysts with a drive to enable Salesloft to make better decisions. THE SKILLSET::
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or management consulting
- Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud; Salesforce Service Cloud and Partner Community Cloud experience is a plus
- Looker/Tableau (data visualization) experience preferred
- Proficient building working models based on complex data sets
- Track record of using data to transform business processes
- Excellent intrapersonal skills; ability to work well with and communicate to all levels of Revenue team and also C-level executives
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects impacting go-to-market teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas and analytics so they are understandable to revenue leadership
- Must be a self-starter, creative, high energy, and comfortable running an initiative in a start-up paced software company
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOUâLL:
- Form relationships with Revenue leadership and key members of the go-to-market team
- Meet with key stakeholders in finance, marketing, and product to understand their part of Salesloftâs whole and what metrics define their success.Â
- Evaluate existing reports, models, dashboards, and documentation currently used to measure Revenue team performance
- Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
- Begin 1:1s with your manager understand your 30-60-90 plan; shadow current members of the Revenue Operations team
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Collaborate with the Revenue Ops Leadership to prioritize model and analysis needs
- Execute trend analyses to be used in annual planning
- Understand, document, and analyze existing workflows and processes, including pipeline management, territory models, quota models, segment forecasting, and capacity models
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOUâLL:
- Own the Revenue forecasting model, revenue capacity models, quota models, pipeline model, both communicating changes and insights within revenue and to cross-functional stakeholders
- Recommend updates, optimizations, and changes to the Revenue organizational structure
- Execute revenue-wide data analyses proactively and at the direction of RevOps leadership and the CRO
