Senior Playable Ads Dev

Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games and consumer apps.

We are looking for amazing individuals interested in creating playable ads for users to be able to try out our games! To succeed in this role, you need extensive HTML5 development experience with a past of creating unique user experiences for a global audience. You will be converting existing games into playable HTML5 games and furthermore create tools for other interactive ad formats. 

Role

• Transform existing games into interactive user experiences with HTML5 and JavaScript
• Optimize playable ads for best user experience, scalability and adaptability
• Integrate an analytics solution to measure interactions and get insight to offer the best user experience
• Build interactive playable templates, customizable by any graphic designerWork along with the internal team responsible for Playables Customizable Platform
• Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
• Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
• Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, casual, consumer apps, etc.)
• Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g. testing new tools, implementing new processes, etc.)
• Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas

Profile

• Fully proficient with playable ads creation and HTML5 development 
• Profound knowledge and experience with playable engines f.e. Three.js or PIXI.js
• Adequate knowledge of objects oriented programming and web game development
• Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role
• Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual games
• Creative mindset and knowledge in game design
• Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games (preferred but not essential)
