Job Description

We are looking for PMO to support our CTO (P&T) Project Delivery organization at Avaloq. Key responsibility is to ensure our Reporting and Budget status shared with Avaloq top management is diligently under control.

Your mission

• Develop and manage project documentation, templates, and tools to support Project Managers
• Budget controlling within CTO (P&T) project delivery organization – across the entire projects portfolio, ensuring Forecast and Spent are rigorously under control and aligned with Finance organization
• Support with Reporting (weekly) exercise – across the entire projects portfolio, ensuring all Project Managers provide diligently weekly status updates and report is in line with top management expectations
• Support with administrative tasks related to external resourcing (e.g. time bookings, invoicing, contract extension, etc.)
• Synchronize QBR (Jira quarterly planning)

Qualifications

• University or college degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent professional education 
• Over 5 years of experience of professional experience as a PMO
• Diligent and structured work methodology
• Strong attention to details, quality oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Experience working within Agile environment
• Great collaboration and team spirit
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English both oral and written, any other European language is considered a plus
