Role & Responsibilities: 

• Perform resource planning and allocation 

• Internal talent pool and bench management 

• Internal resource demand-supply management 

• Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability & project requirements. 

• Create and deliver reports on bench, utilization, allocation, roll-off metrics 

• Drive resource management processes 

• Collaborate on resource Management with Internal departments 

• Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments & Engagement. 

• Partner and build relationships with business leaders to drive efficient resource allocation. 

Capabilities Expected : 

• Excellent communication skills (significant communication involved with employees and stakeholders) 

• Good in Excel - preferably on google sheets 

• Basic understanding of resourcing/recruitment workflows

• Leadership skills & Stakeholder Management 

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving
