This position is remote, however the candidate must be located within the United States.

The Role 

As a Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Acting as a “go to” technical resource for other team members.
  
• Researching and resolving complex issues for your own projects as well as those of others.
  
• Facilitating workshops, training, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Validating and mapping client requirements or processes.
  
• Implementing Microsoft 365 best practices and compliance.
  
• Integrating third-party applications with SharePoint.
  
• Developing automation, data analytics and reporting, leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform
  
• Improving and replatforming automated solutions within Microsoft 365.
  
• Designing wireframes and mockups as part of Solution Designs and Technical As-Builts.
  
• Enhancing and evolving development standards including performing quality control testing via effective test code coverage, defensive programming approaches, appropriate error handling, etc.
  
• Leveraging various applications, tools and features in the M365 and Azure ecosystems to support automation solutions.
  
• Working with structured or unstructured data to leverage technologies like Copilot, Fabric, BI, etc.
  
• Creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Obtaining and maintaining relevant technical certifications.
  
• Actively supporting the Elantis culture. 
  

On the technical side, here are some of the skills we’re looking for: 

• Minimum of five years of project delivery experience. 
• Experience in consulting roles. 
  
• Experience in Microsoft 365, in particular the Power Platform.
• Experience developing and modifying PowerShell scripts. 
  
• Experience working with databases and APIs. 
• Experience with presales and estimating, along with the ability to negotiate with and positively influence clients through sales cycles and project challenges. 
  
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Post-secondary education in a technology related field or equivalent experience. 
  

Additional skills: 

• Ability to confidently advise clients on solutions. 
  
• Experience working with project managers and the technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget. 
  
• Ability to be able to manage billable time and work efficiently while able to context switch and manage multiple client commitments.
  
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability and skilled at coaching and mentoring a team. 
• Articulate and have excellent communication skills. 
  
• Proactive and driven.
