 We are seeking an experienced, self-driven professional who excels in delivering exceptional quality and precision in data visualization. This role is pivotal in providing innovative reporting capabilities to C-level executives, requiring a proactive approach to data gathering and the ability to rapidly deliver actionable insights. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, adhering to defined reporting structures and format requirements. 
• Design, deploy, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to support advanced data analysis. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into impactful visualizations. 

The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, able to work independently, and committed to driving improvements within an evolving team. Your contributions will play a critical role in accelerating and refining our reporting strategies. 

Your activities will include: 

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, focusing on Power Query and DAX for data transformations. 
• Independently gather, analyze, and visualize data to produce reports for business leaders and the board, following standard formats and ensuring attention to detail. 
• Support data migration from legacy platforms, leveraging Azure Data Factory and REST APIs for data extraction and transformation. 
• Perform data cleaning, normalization, and ETL tasks to ensure data quality in the new environment. 
• Use SQL for data querying and transformations, handling data warehousing needs as required. 
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and accelerate delivery where possible. 
• Use Azure DevOps for managing and version-controlling Power BI reports and ETL processes. 
• Candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn new tools and technologies as needed. 
• Experience of Architecture design improvement beneficial. Understand existing architecture and supporting improvement suggestions would be advantageous. 

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar discipline 
• At least 5 year of experience working with Power BI / SQL Databases 
• Knowledge of ETL design principles is a plus 
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Data Warehouse 
• Knowledge of REST API 
• Understanding of basic Kimball design principles 
• Strong ability to work independently to gather data and deliver reports quickly. 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong team player 
• English is a must
