Senior Power Platform Developer

We’re looking for a skilled analytic professional to join us in delivering applications, data analysis and visualization results for our Federal Government clients utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. You will be essential to the success of this project as you and your team develop new, innovative solutions to important business challenges. Your problem-solving ability, analytical mind, and drive to exceed expectations will lead you to excel in this role.

Overview

As a member of the Centeva agile development team, you will work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and other Data professionals to produce applications, automations, data, and reporting vital to the success of our federal customers’ missions. This is a chance to be a part of a rapidly growing development team and play a significant role in the long-term growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Power Platform to deliver applications, reporting, and process automations
• Author and maintain data structures using Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, or similar tools
• Develop useful, time saving, applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps
• Develop and maintain new or existing ad-hoc visualization modules using Power BI
• Develop and maintain new or existing data integration and transformation solutions
• Support customers with data gathering, curation, organization, and processing
• Collaborate with other team members to determine timeline, approach, and task breakdown

Required

• Strong Power Platform Experience to include model driven and Canvas apps.
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, MIS, a related technology field, or equivalent experience
• Competencies in Data Warehouse Principals
• Experience working with and managing datasets
• Experience working with an Agile development team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Team-oriented environment with multiple shifting priorities
• Experience responding to customer-related inquiries and helpdesk support ticket escalation

Desired

• Experience developing or maintaining data integration and transformation solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dataverse
• Experience with other low-code / no-code solutions
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar technology
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar technology
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar technology
