Senior PowerBI Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Engineer to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, with expertise in Power BI development, deployment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy complex Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Lead the development of data models, ETL processes, and data governance policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Optimize Power BI performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of Power BI and related technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.
• Experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Embedded.
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong command of English (B2/C1 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.
• Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
