The Role:

Eve Air Mobility is seeking a dynamic Senior PR and Communications Manager to join our growing U.S. team. This role will focus on driving strategic public relations and communications initiatives to enhance Eve’s visibility, amplify our brand story, and position Eve as a thought leader in the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) space. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to lead efforts that increase earned media coverage, establish strong media relationships, and support key milestones, including product launches, industry events, and thought leadership campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Content Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. public relations strategy aligned with Eve’s business goals.

• Lead content creation efforts, including drafting Op-Eds, whitepapers, and media updates to tell Eve’s story across various channels.

• Collaborate with the marketing and executive teams to design and maintain an annual communications strategy and content calendar.

Media Relations

• Build and nurture relationships with Tier 1 business, trade, and local media outlets.

• Drive proactive media pitching and secure coverage in top publications, focusing on Eve’s achievements, milestones, and thought leadership.

• Serve as a spokesperson and media contact for the U.S. market.

Event Support

• Oversee media activities at key industry events, including trade shows and investor days.

• Develop messaging, talking points, and Q&As for executives attending events.

• Coordinate press event planning and on-site media interviews.

Thought Leadership & Speaking Engagements

• Identify and secure high-quality speaking opportunities for executives to showcase Eve’s leadership in AAM.

• Craft compelling messaging to support these opportunities.

Awards and Recognition Programs

• Identify and pursue awards to elevate Eve’s brand and position within the industry.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with global communications teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure message consistency.

• Track media coverage, analyze PR performance metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related role, preferably in aerospace, technology, or innovation-driven industries.

• Proven track record of brand building and driving earned media coverage in Tier 1 and trade outlets

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Strong project management abilities, with experience leading PR campaigns and coordinating with external agencies.

• Knowledge of the Advanced Air Mobility or aviation sector is a plus.

• Flexibility to travel for media engagements, events, and team collaboration.
