The New Business team is responsible for helping set the vision and maintaining the reputation for our award-winning, creatively-driven agency. The department explores, identifies and strategically pursues new business opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of active pitches and grow revenue for the agency. The team is comprised of business development experts and presentation designers who coordinate with teams throughout the pitch process—ensuring that all pitch content is flawless, visually-stunning, creative and completed within a timely manner. This group is a center of agency knowledge, housing an archive case studies, existing assets, credentials and capabilities decks, prospect databases, and other agency marketing materials. A successful member of the team is adaptable, an expert multitasker and has the ability to juggle constantly changing deadlines.
This person will be responsible for:
We are looking for an energetic team player to create standout new business pitch decks and client presentations that are visually impactful for our award-winning, creatively driven agency. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and is an expert at communicating information visually with graphics, typography, infographics and diagrams in Keynote and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as this person can't shy away from working with all departments of the agency and with other MullenLowe offices. He or she must be able to maintain composure while working under tight deadlines alongside senior leaders. This position involves working long hours, including weekends, and travel is occasionally required for pitch-meeting prep and setup.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and design original content for agency presentations for new business prospects and top clients.
- Partner and manage presentation project from concept to delivery. Analyzing the situation and exercising judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results.Â
- Review work to ensure quality and strategic alignment
- Ensure brand consistency throughout presentation
- Liaise between all partners, including the most senior leadership, to ensure quality work and deadlines are met
- Develop and design web landing pages to showcase creative and in-depth RFI/RFP responses.
- Travel to pitch meetings as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a creative environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- High proficiency in both Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with WordPress and/or landing page creation is a plus.
- Ability two work in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience and qualifications.
