Position Description

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Pricing Specialist to join our team at Easyknock. The successful candidate will have the ability to test, construct, and make pricing recommendations for our multiple products, channels and clients while working closely with other stakeholders to ensure the success of our business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine pricing strategies for EasyKnock products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, sales, and finance, to develop and implement pricing plans
• Test and monitor the impact of pricing changes and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal pricing results
• Communicate pricing updates and strategies to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies. Experience with financial products especially in the real estate space is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with various analytical and reporting tools such as SQL and Tableau a plus
• Experience with statistical/mathematical software (eg R, Python, Matlab, or SAS) is a plus
