Summary of the role:

The Senior Pricing Analyst will primarily manage the commercial process for pricing Navitaire's products for existing and future customers. All pricing requests will be communicated through correspondence with Commercial Account Managers and Directors, so strong communication skills are needed. This includes tracking the commercial process from initial quote through contracting and ensuring appropriate reports for billing.

Delivery expertise; understanding of what we can deliver so we can commercially solution it properly. Notify other areas of the business when their expertise is needed. Technical knowledge to interpret customer product solution requests and translate into pricing. Conduct conference calls to clarify requirements and identity actions Assist in researching new products to identify cost drivers and establish standard pricing approach. Ensure Navitaire is billing accurately for all services per the contract.

The role will also assist Navitaire's commercial leadership team as needed with ad hoc projects and duties. The role will be part of the Navitaire Commercial Pricing team and will work closely with many other teams, such as Revenue Management and Finance, Client Service Delivery and Account Management, as well as Business Performance and Strategy

In this role you'll:

• Manage the commercial process used for pricing the most complex customer agreements at Navitaire
• Produce pricing fundamentals for new Navitaire products
• Draft new commercial agreements
• Manage short term and long term customer engagements, supporting the commercial deal team.
• Audit and track 3rd party costs associated with new commercial agreements
• Track & analyze multiple monthly statistics for existing commercial agreements
• Learn and support Cost of Living Adjustment updates across entire customer portfolio
• Contribute to tool and process improvements

About the Ideal Candidate:

• Advanced Excel skills a must.
• Bachelor's Degree - BS/BA in Accounting/Business/Finance/Math preferred.
• 5-8 years' experience with a background in pricing, finance, accounting or other analytical business roles.
• Experience within a software as a service / IT business is helpful, as well as experience within the airline or travel industry
