Summary:

Performs broad-impact financial analysis with a high impact on the overall organization by collaboratively working cross-functionally on company pricing proposals. Presents financial data to senior cross functional management to support the decision-making process. Performs activities to support the monthly financial close process and external financial reporting. Responsible for maintaining corporate financial records and preparing accounting reports and journal entries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze complex global pricing proposals and strategies in order to complete financial analyses timely and accurately in support of executive decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with the cross-functional organization to ensure pricing proposals are understood and information is accurate.
• Interpret and provide recommendations on complex pricing proposals.
• Maintain prices in the system and increase productivity by developing automated applications.
• Develop and present financial data to senior management.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses, as required.
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks to ensure proper cut-off for assets, liabilities and expenses.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent Business field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical abilities on complex topics
• Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office (specifically Excel) and technology driven.
• Ability to plan, implement, and administer financial information and control systems.
• Knowledge of a range of automated financial systems and applications software.
• Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual financial reports, statements, and/or projections.
• Ability to prioritize work and ensure all needed tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
• Curious with the ability to learn and grow.
