Senior Pricing Analyst - Spain (Remote)

You will be part of an international team that operates in partnership with the business, working on major strategic questions underpinning our organization's success. As a Senior Consumer Pricing & Promo Specialist, your responsibility will be to provide support in all matters related to Consumer products in the EU. Your specific responsibilities would involve developing and recommending Consumer products' promotions and pricing strategy changes to 15 countries in the EU through close collaboration with Product, GTM, and FP&A partners.
What You Will Do:

• Development and implementation of EU Consumer strategy in coordination with regional partners;
• Driving test and learning efforts in matters regarding the above. This includes identifying an opportunity, creating and testing hypotheses, building impact assessments, communicating results to a varied audience, and implementing the changes on the site;
• Develop a deep understanding of our promotional methodologies and supporting models to figure out optimal promotions for the EU;
• Extensive collaboration with team members in the EU Pricing and Promotions Strategy Team (Pricing, Promo, CI, Consumer, PPAG);
• Sanity check Consumer products competitive landscape and modeling scenarios to understand the impact of Consumer discounts and list price changes;
• The role will receive direct support/mentorship of the Pricing and Promotions Strategy Manager as needed.

• Strong Excel skills;
• Experience with Looker;
• Native or fluent English;
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills;
• Motivated by learning and applying new tools and techniques to their work;
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and have a high level of ownership;
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills;
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent job experience and technical training.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in SQL and Snowflake;
• Desirable experience in Python.
