Senior Pricing & Analytics Manager

Our Marketing team uses data, strategy and creativity to share that story with the world in the most effective, relevant ways possible.
The RingCentral Pricing & Intelligence organization is looking for a highly analytical and strategic candidate to support our pricing and packaging efforts. You'll be responsible for evaluating the impact of existing and proposed pricing strategies, as well as identifying options to improve pricing and packaging.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Working with Pricing & Intelligence teams to quantitatively analyze existing pricing performance and prospective pricing strategies.
- Building models to size the impact of proposed pricing on revenue, profit and market competitiveness.
- Developing insights and recommendations through customer segmentation, pricing elasticity, competitive assessment, customer research, testing & experimentation.
- Developing pricing, promotion, and packaging proposals.
- Work with Sales, Global Operations, Enablement and Marketing teams to drive the operational implementation of pricing
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years working professional experience.
- 2+ years of pricing experience.
- 2+ years of analyst or consulting experience.
- 2+ years of SaaS experience.
- Must be able to analyze and produce insights from large data sets along with implications for pricing and packaging.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative pricing research.
- Proven track record of pushing analysis to actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to frame complex decisions with clarity and precision.
- Process oriented with the ability to consider cross-functional and downstream impacts.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, results-oriented.
- Experience building sophisticated spreadsheet models and using BI solutions (e.g., Tableau). Experience with analytics solutions (e.g., Python) and data wrangling solutions (e.g., datarobot, Alteryx) is a plus.
- B.S. in quantitative field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance). MBA is a plus.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $99,360 and $117,200 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
