Slalom's Fort Worth office is currently seeking a client service executive to drive results by growing a well-managed and profitable book of business. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to sell and build strategic relationships with the fast-growing Ft. Worth market. This opportunity is right for the individual that seeks exposure to multiple Fortune 100 and growing mid-market clients, drives thought leadership, grows a portfolio of business and leads strategic solution teams.

The individual in this role will serve Slalom's clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized account plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand. We are looking for a thoughtful, high-energy, solution and customer-centric individual to drive the growth within our portfolio. You will be a key partner with our practice leaders and subject matter experts to develop next generation solutions that enable our clients to realize their most strategic initiatives.

Slalom's focus on local market means that the clients we work with are local to the Fort Worth Metroplex. What You'll Do
  • Partner with your client(s) to help influence strategic technical direction and identify ways Slalom can come in to help them achieve business objectives
  • You are the trusted advisor strategically driving the full cycle of projects from pursuit to delivery
  • Drive business development through opportunity identification, qualification, solutioning and Statement of Work creation. Partner with sales executives to create successful account strategies and pursuit plans.
  • Responsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue and utilization goals)
  • Maintain a utilization target between 65% - 80%
  • Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Slalom offerings, and set the direction for that growth
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list and understands how Slalom Practice Areas interact
  • Lead and oversee project delivery quality of all sold/managed engagements
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys (where applicable)
  • Manage a sales pipeline, generating and leading new sales opportunities for Slalom and responding to client RFP responses and service requests
  • Ensure the proper administrative controls are in place and adhered to on the account, including the management client charge codes, billing, and internal administration

What You'll Bring
  • Client management/leadership experience with a track record of expanding responsibility within a management consulting environment
  • Prior consulting experience selling and managing a client revenue portfolio
  • Advanced technical project delivery including all aspects of program/project management
  • Ability to establish and nurture executive-level client relationships
  • Possess business and technical acumen necessary to envision and define client solutions in partnership with Practice Leaders
  • Previous P&L responsibilities for accounts
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistent track record of client/employee satisfaction
