What You'll Do
- Support in the growth of our Cloud, DevOps & Security practice & capabilities through a combination of business development, delivery, oversight of project work, and thought leadership
- People first leadership with an approach that helps our team members deliver great work & love what they do!
- Manage project risk, economics, including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, define project/engagement deliverables, and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions
- Work with teams to capture best practices and develop case studies and other core deliverables to build solution offerings for our clients
- Technical knowledge of and experience with custom software or quality engineering and/or product engineering.
- Cloud infrastructure experience covering a broad business base, with a concentration in cloud migration/transformation (AWS/Azure/GCP), production engineering, application integration, and/or DevOps
- P&L experience from a comparably sized company
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally & collaborate within teams
- Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities; i.e., growing new account/clients from the ground up
