Senior Principal FE Technology Engineer

What you will do

• Build up FE technology roadmap based on BG product roadmap.
• Specify technology target to support product dev.
• Closely work with Internal & External Fab, to construct customized device, define design rules (DRC & DFM),characterize device and guarantee yield, reliability, etc.
• Work as Foundry Technology Champion, take lead in all NPI & TD Activities with strategic foundry partner.
• Support technology related issues and assessment, including but not limited to device application, NTO schedule, wafer plan, DOE plan. etc.
• Provide FE Technology training to internal R&D team.

What you will need

• Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• More than 8 years relevant experience in foundry TD, PIE or related areas.
• Good understanding of in FE process flow, device physics or module skills.
• Expertise in advanced BCD, HPA and CMOS technologies, familiar with WLR.
• Autonomous with initiative, ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships with different functions and external vendors.
