The Role

As a Senior Principal in Oil & Gas Trading, you will:

• Lead end-to-end trading and supply chain transformation engagements, partnering with clients to optimize front, mid, and back-office processes.
• Provide expert insights and guidance on Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms, including platform selection, implementation, and optimization.
• Deliver consulting solutions that address supply chain challenges, aligning trading operations with market dynamics and business goals.
• Design and execute transformation programs for trading organizations, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary consulting teams, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
• Drive business development activities, identifying new opportunities, creating proposals, and winning key engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering innovative strategies that enhance operational efficiency, manage risks, and maximize profitability.

We are looking for a Senior Principal with:

• Deep expertise in the end-to-end trading supply chain, including front office (trading and origination), mid office (risk and analytics), and back office (settlements and operations).
• Proven experience delivering consulting solutions in Oil & Gas Trading, with a focus on transformation and operational optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETRM platforms, such as OpenLink Endur, Allegro, ION TriplePoint, AspectCTRM, or similar systems, including implementation, integration, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of trading market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the energy trading sector.
• A track record of managing and delivering large-scale, complex consulting engagements, ensuring measurable client outcomes.
• Business development acumen, with a proven ability to identify opportunities, develop propositions, and secure new business.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional, global teams.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
