Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the Global Spectrum Dominance (GSD) Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) business unit.

In this role you will closely partner with the program team to establish and manage a program vision, strategy, and goals to align the Program with the Customer; facilitate conflict resolution; manage schedule and cost; ensure technical integrity and engineering execution.

The position will be worked out of our North Dallas office location.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Acts as a liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and line management.
• Oversees and coordinates the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.
• Prepare proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Reviews project and budget status, manages schedules and prepares reports.
• Monitors and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Represents RTX as a primary customer contact for projects.
• Directs the work of employees assigned on projects in technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test.
• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Meets program schedules and budgets.
• Provides input to the integrated master schedule for project(s).
• Responsible for procurement of appropriate development hardware used for testing and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the execution of work products including detailed program plans, statements of work (SOW), schedules, budgets, and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Estimated at Completion (EAC)
• Ability to draft and deliver program and customer briefings
• Some experience as a Product Owner or equivalent leadership position
• Requires previous leadership experience, strong customer relations, negotiation skills, and decision-making abilities
• Requires solid engineering analytical and technical writing skills, excellent verbal communication skills for engagement with all level stakeholders
• Experience preparing and executing technical and independent reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, IR's)
• Experience supporting proposal activities
• Current EVMS certification or ability to obtain within the first 90 days
• Experience with Risk & Opportunity management and Configuration Boards to support program activities

Clearance Requirement: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance, US Citizenship required.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience - OR
• Advanced Degree in Engineering, Physics, Technology, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience.
