Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Professional Qualification if any:

(Preferable) Certification in S2P/ Sourcing/ Procurement/ Materials/ Inventory/ Supply Chain Management

Skills (Must Have)

• Bachelor's Degree 12-15+ years' experience in sourcing and procurement, Supply chain management or related field

• Outstanding procurement competencies within Indirect and direct spend

• Excellent Leadership experience in a matrixed, multi-national environment

• Global delivery experience handling international markets

• Advanced/Expert knowledge of sourcing and contract negotiation

• Advanced/Expert knowledge market competition, consumer trends, industry trends and technology innovation

• Strong negotiator

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Good working ability with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of electronic procurement tools e.g. SAPAriba/ Oracle/ COUPA/ Ariba
