In this role you will:
Demonstrate cross-functional team leadership, working closely with North America Systems Integration, Product Design, Technical and Business Development to achieve resultsÂ
Perform market research/analysis to determine availability of the requirement, analyze market trends, commercial practices, conditions and technological advances and determine the sources to be solicitedÂ
Develop and execute cohesive strategies, with focus on risk mitigation for current and future supply needs, resiliency, market trends, government regulations, and business environmentsÂ
Be responsible for leading a team of subject matter experts through operations and supply processes, including forecasting, sourcing, compliance, quality, and contractingÂ
Be responsible for establishing and maintaining process improvements, automation, and best practices to support growth and scale with Global reachÂ
Develop and Maintain executive presence across Quality, Finance, Product, Field Deployment and Sales organizationsÂ
Advance governance around best practices and procurement policiesÂ
Institute procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics
Lead a team of individual contributorsÂ
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels
Industry experience in electronics manufacturing or similar
Leading complex end to end RF(x) processÂ
Department Management including recruiting, hiring, and performance managementÂ
Thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
Provide guidance to procurement planning: determining appropriate procurement method, contract preparation, development, award, administration, and termination

Basic Requirements
Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain, finance, technology, or related field
5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, or network systems integration
5 years of management experience or 10 years professional experience.
