The Job
Our Vendor Management department is all about the end to end procurement process including P2P, sourcing, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management and business partnership with other departments. We apply the same high quality, compliance and risk management standards to our suppliers as we do for our own company therefore ensuring right partnerships is a key element of our daily activities.
Our Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for the end to end procurement process with a good balance of operational and business partnership responsibilities.
We believe this position would be highly suited for someone who’s an experienced, detail driven and commercially minded professional who’s a keen communicator and appreciates the value of the big picture.
As part of our team of 6 you’d be working with people who are experts in their area and are continuously looking for innovations, process improvements and simplifications to maintain a high-performing Vendor Management function within the organisation.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Significant (usually 3+ years’) experience in Procurement
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (to C2 standard)
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
- Great communication and influencing skills
- Ability to read / adjust / draft contracts
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects, stakeholders and suppliers
- Open-minded, positive and solutions-driven personality with a “can do” attitude; a team player
- Experience in assessments of supplier Privacy and Security compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27701, ISO 27001)
Nice to have:
- Experience working with various procurement and project management tools (NetSuite, GateKeeper, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge about operational procurement (Purchase Orders, invoices, payments)
- Project management skills
- Good Excel and presentation skills
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining business partnerships with various departments ensuring full visibility on their procurement needs and expectations, demand management
- Conducting medium to high complexity sourcing cases
- Advise / train / consult stakeholders on various procurement, privacy, risk related topics
- Ensure smooth end to end source to pay process of your suppliers
- Secure favourable cooperation and contracting conditions for the company
- Drive or be part of various procurement processes / tools / ways of working improvement projects
You'll be targeted on:
- Ensure that the procurement process and suppliers are compliant with our high privacy, security and quality standards and requirements
- Execute your tasks in according to internal SLAs and timelines
- Maintain high team’s NPS score
The salary range in Vilnius for this role starts from 3500 EUR Gross per month.
