In this role, you will oversee the entire production process of high-impact marketing content, ensuring that creativity aligns with timelines and budgets. As part of a close-knit team, you will work with various departments, advocating for player values while managing risks and facilitating communication.

Accountabilities

Foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment where creative excellence and operational discipline meet.

Drive operational excellence by designing and maintaining scalable production systems and workflows.

Cascade strategic direction to ensure clarity of outcomes and dependencies for the project.

Establish and track long-term goals and roadmaps for project phases and milestones.

Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with the team.

Manage day-to-day production to ensure smooth operations, including task tracking and reviews.

Oversee cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure timely delivery of features and content.

Monitor production health metrics to foster transparency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

8+ years of professional game development experience, including at least 2 shipped AA+ games.

Experience in production across full cycle game development (prototype to release).

Proficient in establishing and maintaining production schedules with cross-team collaboration.

Expertise in tracking software for agile development methodologies.

Demonstrated experience in improving delivery predictability and team communication.

Skilled in risk assessment and driving accountability through structured processes.

Strong ability to translate creative vision into actionable plans and deliverables.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
