Senior Product Analysts work with dedicated product teams to ensure our products deliver against our customers' unmet needs. They apply strong domain experience in collecting, monitoring, and analyzing data to formulate a point of view around customer needs, influence product priorities, and help the team make informed decisions. They also help test and validate end-user experiences.

Position Overview:
During the first six months, you will:
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze a variety of data around specific features within current product initiatives. Recommend additional data points for deeper analysis of the product.
  • Perform an analysis of support tickets and PDRs to identify issues or trends to improve the client experience. Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by recommending changes to improve processes (e.g. PDR) and interactions
  • Ensure tickets for backlog have clearly written acceptance criteria. Write stories in a manner clearly understandable to product teams.
  • Provide domain expertise and data metrics for the team to help influence product priorities
  • Engage in troubleshooting & reproduction of software issues and identify actionable steps for resolution by a product development team
  • Provide clarity on intended user experience and use cases and proactively call out product experience inconsistencies
  • Partner with STEs to prepare effective testing strategies and testing plans
  • Perform manual, exploratory and UAT testing
  • Actively participate in the software release process
