Role/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as the Product Analyst in various Scrum agile development projects working with product teams to understand, refine, and document business requirements. This individual will work with the Product Owner to elicit and validate requirements - developing and maintaining strong relationships, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle. This individual will also work closely with product management and with the application development teams to provide support for their work products and to act as an informed customer/user advocate within the development team. This individual will also be responsible for detailed, high-quality documentation and user stories which meets the needs of the various project stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for working with the Product Owner to support launch activities such as developing training content inside the application. This individual may work both on enhancements to existing systems and on new development.
Daily activities may include:
- Translate the Product vison into actionable, codable and measurable components
- Stack, refine and drive the squad backlog to align with product priorities
- Provide day-to-day direction and enable issue resolution/escalation for the squad
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Incorporate user needs into stories & validate within each sprint or capability launch
- Support Sprint demos, Backlog Refinement, Go Live Readiness including user acceptance testing and training coordination
- Ensure Product roadmap remains evergreen in response to sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience independently managing requirements- and design-related activities for complex projects that cross multiple systems.
- 5+ years business analysis experience providing end-to-end analysis for product and initiatives with respect to data requirements, data flows, data modeling, workflow context and design, and user interface designs.
- Authoring thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation of all aspects of the systems in question, including user stories, use cases, and Business System Concept documents.
- Experience in Agile development framework and JIRA experience preferred

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $107,700 to $156,150, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
