Role/Responsibilities

MIS Product Management & Strategy is seeking a passionate Agile Product Analyst to support the definition and delivery of a portfolio of digital analytic tools. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is seeking to meaningfully empower our business partners in MIS Ratings & Research with innovative technology solutions that evaluates financial data and runs predictive analysis.

In this role, you will serve as a Product leader, building business relationships and translating customer needs into deliverable outcomes. You will serve as a change advocate, driving a user-centric view with powerful experiences that delight our customers. You will also strengthen our channels of communication and uphold our principles of transparency and partnership while engaging with the business, technology, operations, and commercial teams to translate strategy to road maps, actionable goals and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product vison into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and detailed user stories.
• Liaise across business, design and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
• Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog, enabling timely delivery and dependency management.
• Enable product delivery, readiness and rollout by facilitating demos, overseeing user acceptance testing and coordinating relevant training efforts.
• Drive a culture that promotes collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred with minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
• Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases and test scripts.
• Experience independently managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.
• Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and financial data is highly preferred.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $107,700 to $156,150, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
