As the Senior Product Business Analyst, you will be a leader in designing, building and enhancing state of the art product solutions which provides a Value-Based Care speed-to-market approach for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Be integral in the collaboration with business partners and Executive stakeholders from multiple disciplines to elicit, document, prepare and manage business requirements
• Work with business stakeholders and partners to help identify and understand their requirements within the scope of a project, with the intention to design, build and enhance a universal go-to-market solution.
• Generate user stories and/or deep functional and technical requirements that are sufficient to capture the essence of what is being asked, why it is important and who benefits from the effort.
• Engage with the product team towards defining a solution that addresses the requirements in a way that will be satisfying to our stakeholders. 
• Approach management and ownership of Enlace’s state of the art product solutions in a way that allows for future scaling and feature/function expansion.Act as liaison between Sales & Marketing, Analytics, and Development teams.
• Present ongoing findings and communicate as needed to Executive stakeholders.
• Conduct market and product research, as needed.
• Help drive product roadmap.
• Drive decision making, compromise and agreement by identifying deliverables that provide value. 
• Work with technical teams to identify solution options that best meet business needs.
• Create visualizations of requirements and solicit feedback from internal teams.
• Aide in quality review and approval and delivery of high quality product solutions.

Position Requirements:

• Significant prior experience in a business analytics role, specifically in the health technology industry.
• Experience with full product development lifecycle for major projects, from ideation to post client implementation.
• Experience in Agile development methodology and tools, including JIRA and performing Agile ceremonies for product development, product demos, etc.
• Experience writing User Stories, Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents and Use cases.
• Solid experience in establishing meaningful traceability between related requirements.
• Experience creating visualizations from requirements.
• Excellent written and strong interpersonal skills displaying the ability to effectively and comfortably communicate to persons with varying degrees of seniority, both internally and to customer-facing audiences.

Preferred:

• Prior experience leading a team in a software/SaaS company. Experience with early stage growth companies and/or high-tech industry will be favored.
• Must show strong initiative and be able to work independently and be self-directed at times.
• Willing to extend beyond specific job title responsibilities to assist the team in product lifecycle development, testing and delivery.
• General comfort and some experience with communication to different teams and stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience working or leading an Agile Scrum team.
• Experience and willingness to work on complex projects of large scope.
• Knowledge of Value-Based Care core competencies is beneficial.
