HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
This position provides expertise in the preparation, analysis, testing and implementation of product features and improvements using Agile methodologies. In a Scrum-based environment, the incumbent will represent Product in Scrum ceremonies and implementation meetings, interact with IT and business stakeholders and vendors, provide input, develop user stories and work flows, participate in User Acceptance Testing, and help drive the final solution through Production. The incumbent will work with stakeholders across multiple departments and technology teams to pilot and test resolution plans. The key purpose of this role is to execute on product enhancements, automate and standardize processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects to define requirements related to multiple internal and external systems
  • Gather a cross-functional perspective; initiate and lead requirements gathering with appropriate level of collaboration
  • Leverage objective, data-driven tools and methods in all product enhancements
  • Design product enhancements as part of system implementations and translate them into requirements, epics, features, and stories to support development teams and process owners
  • Lead the creation of user stories, designs and workflows, product documentation, and training materials
  • Solicit ideas and feedback from impacted stakeholders and represent these areas in discussions with internal/external implementation teams
  • Use data analysis and metrics to support prioritization decisions for enhancements, features and new development
  • Evaluate and test the system throughout the implementation phases
  • Conduct on-going analysis and monitoring of processes to ensure that desired outcomes are produced
  • Assist with change management efforts throughout the firm including
    • Creating a strategy to support adoption of the required changes
    • Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
    • Supporting the design, development, and delivery of communication
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
  • Bachelor's
  • Preferred Major(s): Computer Science, Mathematics, Decision Modeling, Finance, Operations Research or related field
  • Certifications: SAFe POPM, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CBAP, or other transformation related certification
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of innovation, design, reengineering, and digital transformation with proven success delivering complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving approach, able to propose resolutions and/or remediation to inefficient processes
  • Experience creating user stories and workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced environment and self-prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within specified timelines
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in use of diagramming tools such as such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma etc.
  • Possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with both internal and external teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Experience with trust accounting systems, IRAs and alternative assets preferred
  • Ability to design interactive visual interfaces and dashboards (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
  • IRA/IRS rules and regulations knowledge and experience preferred
  • An affinity for accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement
