At Flowcode we believe in empowered product teams combining product, engineering and design that work with autonomy to achieve successful outcomes for our business. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a key member of our product design team and partner with product and engineering to create intuitive products and user experiences across the platform. From how our users create experiences for their customers, to what those customers experience on our platfrom. You will also work closely with marketing, branding, and business stakeholders to ensure we have a first-rate experience for all users across our platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing for SaaS platforms, with a scale of 10M users and Fortune 500 partners. You will have demonstrated UX/UI leadership for both B2C and B2B products, as well as experience working in organizations with rigorous design principles and heavy testing. Additionally, you will possess excellent design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing experience being a main contributor to design projects from start to finish. You will be proficient in design tool Figma and have experience conducting user research and usability testing. A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is also required.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work on problem spaces that touch all of the experiences across Flowcode, and help design and create intuitive product experiences for our creators (both B2B and B2C). You have a proven track record of success in designing innovative creator journeys, building multiple end-to-end products, and design systems based on metrics-driven outcomes. You are a startup/scale-up minded individual, with experience mentoring other designers and leading cross-functional teams. You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for UX/UI design both inside and outside of work.

The ideal candidate has a strong mobile-first perspective and a history of designing for multiple screen sizes. You also have strong UI and visual design skills in addition to UX. You are data-driven but operate with speed and intention, coupling robust testing with strong intuition and innate user empathy. You constantly think about how your designs translate to activation, retention and engagement. You are a wizard in figma, as well as using and implementing design systems. And you are an expert at working with stakeholders within and beyond product and engineering, communicating design choices and explaining tradeoffs as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated UX/UI leadership for both B2C and B2B products
• Experience working in organizations with rigorous design principles and heavy testing
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience leading design projects from start to finish
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Zeplin
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field

• Proven track record of success in designing innovative creator journeys, building multiple end-to-end products, and design systems based on metrics-driven outcomes
