The product design team’s mission at Orum is to create simple intuitive enjoyable experiences that influence how sales teams excel at their jobs. We are quickly building new workflows and improving existing features so you will have a chance to have a major input in shaping the UI and UX for a diverse range of use cases.

As a Senior Product Designer at Orum you will work closely with our product team and developers to create user-centered elegant intuitive digital products. You’ll have the opportunity to exercise your creativity and analytical thinking skills to distill complex information and workflows into compelling experiences that our customers are excited to use daily. This person will collaborate with engineering product and designers to influence a product that hosts approximately 10 million calls per month!

Salary: $150000 - $190000 CAD if you're selected we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you're coming with. We respect your time and don't intend to waste it.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating simple intuitive and enjoyable user experiences for the end user

• Building and improving new workflows and features for a diverse range of use cases

• Collaborating with the product team and developers to create user-centered elegant and intuitive digital products

• Exercising creativity and analytical thinking skills to distill complex information and workflows

Must Have

• 4+ years of professional experience with b2b or enterprise software product design

• Experience working with web applications

• Experience in a high-growth startup

• Creating and maintaining a design system

• Previous exposure to a startup environment

• Experience owning features through the entire design process from user research to visual design

• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma Sketch and AdobeXD

• Collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineering

• Experience with user testing and customer interviews

• Familiarity with building and maintaining component libraries
