About the role

The UX Design team mission at Digibee involves conducting research, studying, planning, designing interactions, prototyping, performing validations and documenting results. We are focused on delivering increasingly better experiences, and to accomplish that we expect that every member of the UX area provides metrics that measure success, adoption and happiness of our end-users.

Here we are not afraid to experiment, be it tools, processes, techniques or methodologies. We strive for excellence and we make a lot of mistakes throughout the process before we get it right, and that is why we are looking for a very skilled Product Designer, full of energy to take us to new heights, ready to face challenges and not afraid of a highly technical product.

• Collaborate with leadership, product management, research, and analytics to analyze and understand our target user, the context, and the competitive landscape.

• Define the experience vision for Digibee's capabilities, and the related evolution of existing product experience

• Lead the end-to-end design process: from effective problem understanding and framing, through ideation, storyboarding and prototyping, ending with user validated high-fidelity designs

• Validate your solutions with real users and customers, using both qualitative and quantitative methods

• Collaborate with engineers to reach high-quality, delightful and bug-free products

• Help to grow our design team, improve processes, participate in broader design topics and activities

• Coach other members of the team in your specialty

• Strong interaction design skills, good visual design skills and sense of aesthetic, combined with a passion for complex problem solving

• Strong product-thinking and decision-making skills, and an ability to connect business goals and user needs, supported by a user-centric and data-driven approach

• Exceptional systems thinking with an ability to scale detailed design solutions across different applications and platforms

• Experience conducting User Research to leverage facts and produce insights to sustain design decisions

• Experience in creating sophisticated, multi-input interactions, experiences and end-to-end flows, prototypes, with high-fidelity visuals and micro interactions

• Experience in validating design solutions through user research

• Advanced English

Nice to have

• Be unafraid of challenges that require technical acumen (superficial software engineering knowledge)

• Working on B2B environment
