Job Description

Join our local team of Product Designers with unique product strategy expertise. Our clients value us for our strategic partnership, exceptional craft, and ability to deliver real business results. 

We’ve helped hundreds of organizations, including large enterprises, small businesses, and non-profits across a variety of verticals (including publishing, education, travel, healthcare, and connected technology) bring their digital strategy to life.

Responsibilities:

Senior Product Designers will own the design solutioning on projects from research through execution & optimization. They thrive because they’re obsessed with their users and business results.

We expect our Senior Product Designers to have a strong command over their craft as well as ideation & concepting methodologies. Their day-to-day will include designing intuitive and innovative products, preparing for and conducting research studies, and planning and executing collaborative workshops. 

In addition to first-rate design skills, Senior Product Designers have exceptional project and client management skills. They regularly collaborate on interdisciplinary teams of product & project managers, engineers, growth marketers, and junior designers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in iterative, creative environments 
• A portfolio of product designs & metrics that show successful outcomes for the user and the business
• Exceptional design craft, from conceptual thinking to visual design while we expect solid design skills across UX and UI, this candidate can lean more heavily in one direction or the other
• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Experience facilitating design-thinking workshops
• The ability to prepare for, conduct, synthesize and present research findings and support all design decisions 
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Excellent project and client management
