Senior Product Designer

Anvyl helps brands bring physical products to life. Our software allows customers to place orders with manufacturers, track production progress, send messages and files, manage tasks, explore supply chain insights, and much more.

Our design team is looking for a senior product designer to own problems from research to iteration to shipped experience. You'll work with product managers, software engineers, and other designers to make our B2B software as sleek and intuitive as any consumer app. If you love rich information design, dynamic workflows and architecture, and learning about the complexities of an omnipresent industry like supply chain, this is a role with lots of opportunity for you.

The company is a growing, well-funded Series B startup founded in 2018. Our 50+ team members have backgrounds at leading tech companies like Apple, Blue Apron, Jet, Flexport, and Palantir. Our customers include top consumer brands like Brooklinen, Away, and Mirror.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design product features and experiences that solve problems for brand supply chain managers, manufacturers, and third-party vendors
• Work with product managers to investigate user problems and business opportunities, help define project scopes, and generate ideas for potential solutions
• Communicate your design intentions using flow maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, interaction specs, prototypes, and other artifacts
• Validate solutions through concept testing with real customers, as well as usability testing, and analysis of performance data
• Collaborate with software engineers to find the right balance between feasibility, business value, and user experience
• Partner with the design lead in contributing to the team's design vision, values, process, product design system, brand standards, and other big-picture ideas

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 5+ years experience in digital product design, user experience design, interaction design, or similar discipline
• A portfolio demonstrating design process, strategic thinking, as well as high-fidelity representation of final experiences
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and weigh pros and cons of different approaches
• Openness to exploring multiple design possibilities, trying alternative solutions, and generally embracing an iterative and collaborative process
• Comfort with small-to-mid startups, complex problems, and occasional ambiguities
• Skill with modern design tools; we mainly use Figma

We're fully flexible with any work location in the United States. Salary Range: $155,000-175,000
