We are actively looking for an experienced Product Designer to play a crucial role in shaping the future of building wealth with crypto. Join us if you feel excited about contributing to our mission by creating intuitive and aesthetically excellent user experiences. We’re obsessed with our products and care about the smallest details. We have an open and trusting team culture where we share candid and honest feedback to achieve the best results. The Opportunity:

• Create high quality user experiences working closely with other designers researchers product managers content writers and engineers

• Balance business objectives customer needs insights and technical constraints to produce data-informed outcomes

• Take concepts from research to exploration to prototypes to production

• Take full accountability for your work and track outcomes via analytics

• Actively participate in design reviews both seeking and giving meaningful and supportive feedback

Skills you should HODL:

• Demonstrated high-quality product design work across mobile and desktop platforms

• Experienced in designing complex products for different client segments

• Egoless and open-minded

• Data-driven

• Detail-oriented

• Diligent communicator organized and self-driven with the ability to manage up

• Using methods grounded in human-centered design and research

• Asking the right questions before assuming solutions or success

• A desire to work on a growing and evolving design team helping shape its culture and operations

• Natural storytellers with a demonstrated ability to rationalize design decisions

• An interest in Bitcoin cryptocurrency and financial products
