We are looking for someone to step into a high impact Product Design role, focused on using design experience and expertise to research, scope and build new and improved user experiences across our product surface area. This is a role that will significantly impact our growth, touch all parts of our business, and provide limitless opportunities for business impact and career growth.

Responsibilities

Sniff out opportunities. Design exceptional products that solve key pain points from start to finish, participating in all phases of design from problem definition to feature development and iterative optimization.

Develop points of view. Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity to product actionable and defendable designs informed by user research, market trends, and business goals.

Turn ideas into real, working products. Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual forms to create alignment and move the work towards implementation.

Level up everyone around you. Collaborate regularly with engineers to help them adapt, implement and ship high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

6+ years of product design experience working with users and technical teams designing and implementing products that reach production and delight customers.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills — you’ll be collaborating with others and presenting your work regularly. Managing stakeholders and fostering trust is a superpower.

The flexibility to design in low and high fidelity and choose the most efficient and responsible process for the job at hand.

The ability to connect business strategies, available technologies, and design solutions to deliver best-in-class user experiences that demonstrate an understanding of user needs and jobs to be done in a complex domain.

A strong proficiency or willingness to gain one in Figma – both design and asset / component organization – and a familiarity with handing off designs to product development.
